Ordering Information
Because we make many our products to order, we may not have all of the items in your order in stock when you place your order (purses are the exception; any purse orderable on the website is in stock).  Therefore we may require 7-10 days to process your order from the time it is placed until the time it is shipped. You will receive an email notification when you place your order, and another email when your order is shipped.

If you need a rush order (i.e., if you need to receive the order in less than two weeks from the date you place the order), please email or call us and we will do our best to accomodate you. Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
Shipping Information
The ordering system will allow you to choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.  We recommend either UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number for your package via email when the package is shipped. Please note that shipping methods indicate the delivery time after your package is shipped.  As noted above, we may require 7-10 days to prepare your order before it is shipped.  Please email or call us for more information.
The Shower Shop ships to the United States and Canada.  If you require shipping to any other location, please contact us. Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
Privacy Policy
It is our policy to never reveal or sell any of your personal information to third parties. The only information we, the Shower Shop, will collect from you is your e-mail address, which we will only use for communication about the Shower Shop orders and offers. We also collect your name and shipping address for shipping purposes.

The Shower Shop itself does not collect your payment (credit card or bank account) information. We use Paypal to process our credit card purchases, and Paypal does not release to us your account information.
Payment Information
The Shower Shop accepts cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, and PayPal. Credit cards are processed through PayPal, but a PayPal account is not required to place an order and pay with a credit card. Please note that payments by check or money order will delay the shipping of your order. Your order will not ship until your check or money order has been received and has cleared. You will receive an email when we receive your payment and again when the order has shipped. 
Please do not send cash through the mail.  Cash is acceptable for local pickup orders only.
Pricing & Promotions
The pricing on our website is subject to change without notice.  Occasionally we offer discounts and promotions.  Any discounts and promotions may be for a limited time only and may end at any time without notice.  Discounts and promotions are for new orders only and cannot be applied to previous orders. 
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur on our website and we are not obligated to fulfill orders containing items with pricing errors.  If you place an order containing an item with a pricing error, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel the order.
Order Status
You may view pending orders as well as past orders anytime on our website by clicking "My Account" from any page.  The order status of pending orders will be updated as your order is fulfilled.
If there is any problem with your order after you receive it, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the problem.  Click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
Updating Account Information
Please keep your account information current by logging in to your account and updating your profile.  Simply click on "My Account" from any page.
